  Since 2018, the ministries and commissions have promulgated the Interim Measures for the Management of Recycling and Utilization of Power Batteries for New Energy Vehicles and the Notice on Organizing Pilot Work on Recycling and Utilization of Power Batteries for New Energy Vehicles.   The main contents are to implement the extended producer responsibility system, build a recycling system, explore diversified business models, promote the scale and intellectualization of cascade utilization, promote the innovation and application of advanced technology, and establish a sound policy incentive mechanism.

  In order to implement the notice, the company has formulated the "Implementing Plan of the Major Demonstration Project for the Stepped Utilization of Power Batteries for New Energy Vehicles of China Iron Tower Co., Ltd."
